Diabetes Prevention Program
Begins January 12th

This one-year, in-person program is divided into 16 weekly sessions, followed by 8 monthly sessions. The program’s goals are to help participants reduce body weight by 7% and increase physical activity to at least 150 minutes per week.
FORMAT: In person only (no virtual classes)
