Chair Yogi Social

Our chair yogis will meet at Pino's Restaurant after the 11:00 Chair Yoga class. Even if you haven't tried chair yoga, all are welcome. Engaging in group social activities can positively impact brain health in older adults, potentially slowing decline and reducing the risk of dementia. Social interaction stimulates the brain, enhances memory and problem-solving skills, and strengthens neural networks.
ELIGIBILITY: This is a member initiative open to anyone who wants to join!
