Schedule an appointment for your complimentary orientation to
familiarize yourself with equipment and to improve your chances of
reaching your goals.
Youth Fitness
–Weights Wellness and Fitness (WWF) for ages 12-14 who want to learn to
use the Wellness Center may register for this class when offered.
