Any
person regardless of race, religion, or creed may become an active member by
completing a written application and paying dues. The Henderson Family
YMCA will not deny participation in any activity because of an individual’s lack
of funds. Financial assistance is available to those who complete an
application, present income verification, and schedule an appointment with the
Membership Director. To those who qualify, rates will be adjusted according to
income. There are two kinds of memberships, family and individual. A family
membership includes the head of household and all individuals
who are being
claimed as a tax deduction by the head of the household. People living in your
house who you do not claim as a tax deduction can not be listed as family
members on your YMCA membership. Dues are paid monthly through a bank draft of
your credit card or checking account or can be paid one year in advance.
Some employers offer payroll deduction. If this
is available to you this is a great way to pay your dues!   |
